Finally went back

Postby electrongirl » Sun Aug 19, 2007 12:59 pm

Well I finally went back to WW and weighed in....

I KNEW I wasn't going to like what the scales were going to say and I was right....

I gained 1.7kg.

I have been so bad I actually expected more than that.

But I am back on track now. I talked to my husband about all of us going for a walk in the evenings and he was all for it, but not sure if we will start this week as rain is forecast everyday... :(

I don't know how people fit exercise in to their days when they work full time.

Hay Nikki don't stress too much - my ticker has gone up and up and up as well  At least you are doing something about it - and just imagine how thin you will be when you step off the plane in USA to see all your hubbies relatives - so use that as an incentive to get to where you want to be weight wise!

Hows the job going??
2008 - my year to be great!!

Why wait to get started? Buy a couple of cheap ponchos and walk anyway.
