Fibre plus protein is good to give you a full feeling. Things like celery/carrot with say, low fat hommous or low fat philli? but I also agree with the water - even if I don't always practice what I preach

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I was just thinking coffee but I will go and get hot water and see how that works.

Hunger pangs, oh I have been feeling those the past few days, for me I have to stuff myself with something heavy and fattening to feel any fullness. Eating like a rabbit has never worked, but I'm just going to have to get used to it.

Hope you found something to munch on. I know it must be much later posting to your comment, but I think that comment applies to me all the time. :lol:
