there is a family size block of choccie in the cupboard that I have walked to and picked up about 5 times before I kick myself hide it again and walk away. The problem is I keep finding all my hiding spots :cry: :cry: :cry:
and there aint ahope that I could stop at 1bit if opened I will gobble the whole lot up

put it in the bin, Now, if you are having trouble resisting. Otherwise, try telling yourself that you can have some at a certain time, say after dinner you can have 2 pieces then savour every bit.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Another place to hide it is the freezer. That way if you do cave in and have some you'll have to wait for it to thaw out and by that time you've probably talked yourself out of having some

Oh and I want to make ice cream with my big bar of cooking chocolate, I have been good so far its been in the fridge a week without me touching it to take a bite.

How long does cooking chocolate last? lol

No do not do it, it is not worth it, I take a look at my pic and say "No, I have to stop." :D After seeing all of your pictures I know what I want now and believe me it isn't that bar of chocolate.
