Wow - it's good to be back to normal (whatever normal is LOL)
Even though Christmas was hectic with overseas visitors and of course with the extra food at every meal - I still managed to lose a kilo!
It was great this morning to be able to get on my gym equipment without one of them popping in to the room to see what I was doing!
So now I am back to it - the first goal I set was to reach 75 kilos - and have a kilo to go.
My next goal will be 70 kilos - then the hard work of maintaining it will be the next goal.
Just to re-cap - I was 84.7 and gained 500 grams when I started on this new lifestyle change in October last year. Now I am 76 kilo's. Still a fair way to go - but it is great to have the house to myself again :-) and to get cracking on the exercises as well as a low fat diet.

Well done Maria!! It's good to get your house back to yourself. I had my sister and 4 of her friends in a 2 bedroom flat the other week!!! 7 people in total. Nice to be able to get up in the morning and not have to climb over lilo's and fold out couches
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

Thanks guys! I haven't really been away and have read most of the posts coming through the forum - but glad to be able to *chat* about our goals again withut someone constantly following me around LOL

I had a great workout this morning using the walker/skier and exercise bike then the multi-gym and did 25 sit ups using and a few reps from my personal trainer. I get back to see him on Friday so I had better lose some flab beforehand

The sick lamb that I am bottle feeding is doing really well and although it is possible he will always be lame he enjoys grazing his days away in a relative peaceful envirnment.

Ok, chat soon...
