AARRGGHH!! I'm going to kill my husband

Postby electrongirl » Tue Sep 04, 2007 9:48 am

Last night as I do most nights, I cooked enough dinner so we both can take leftovers for lunch.

I measured out my rice and had worked out the points for the chilli con carne for each serve.

Made mine & his and put our initials on each one. I also put mine with my other stuff for the next day in the fridge and put his with his stuff, opposite ends of the fridge pretty much.

I go to get mine this morning and low and behold he has taken mine.

Now I put HEAPS of rice in his and have no idea how much it would be, but I know it would blow me out for the day.

I can't BELIEVE he did this. I was in tears in the kitchen because I had no choice but to take it. I have scraped a heap of rice out of it but I still dont know how much is in there as its mixed in with the chilli now.

I know he didn't mean it but he knows I am trying so hard to be good and I even made us all go for a 30 minute walk after I got home from work last night.

I think I just needed to post this to vent.

my bloke does things like that too, like if I make lentil shepherd pie I put lots of cheese on his side and barely any on mine and when he goes back for seconds he inevitably gets my side!!

Mine sat down and ate PORK SNITZEL WITH MACORONI CHEESE AND WHITE WINE the first Friday night I was on Tony Ferguson.

My mouth way saying "it's ok honey, you aren't on a diet, don't worry" ...

My MIND was saying "that's it, pick your favourite nut cause tonight I'm cutting one off in your sleep"

Well, he isn't carrying a bronzed nut as a keyring, so I guess I controlled myself.
