The man and i rented an exercise bike, a treadmil and a crosstrainer.
We work out at night (usually before dinner) in teh comfort of our own home
I do 3kms on the treadmil, and crunches, pushups, tricep dips, weights and skipping
If you love music, whatever you do, have music on
Its helped me out, as I am a music buff!
