Hi everyone, I am wondering how other people found a realistic goal weight for themselves. I am 166cm (5 foot 6 inches) tall and currently weight 67.2 kg, down from a peak of 79kg.
I have set a goal weight of 60kg as I have found a few sites which have calculators which not only tell you your healthy range but an ideal weight as well. Do you think this is realistic, and is there anyone out there of a similar height who can share their goals? thanks
