I am new to this forum, and really want some of your ideas etc, to help me loose weight.

I am currently 15kg overweight and feel horrible.

I have tried some of the fad diets which have helped me loose the weight but as soon as I stop I put it back on and a little more.

I am hoping that you guys can give me some tips on how to get started. I have always stayed the same weight until the last 2 years in which I have put on 15kg.

Any tips would be greatly apprecieated.

hey roxy welcome to the group :)

have you tried counting calories before? is a great website to check out to make sure that you are eating enough and not starving and also to make sure your portions are adequate. what sort of exercise are you doing? how much? what sort of foods are you eating? do you have access to a gym or are you hoping to work out from home? do you live at home with parents or on your own where you have to fend for yourself with groceries and things?
