I am new to this forum, and really want some of your ideas etc, to help me loose weight.
I am currently 15kg overweight and feel horrible.
I have tried some of the fad diets which have helped me loose the weight but as soon as I stop I put it back on and a little more.
I am hoping that you guys can give me some tips on how to get started. I have always stayed the same weight until the last 2 years in which I have put on 15kg.
Any tips would be greatly apprecieated.
