I have been doing fantastic and have kept such a positive outlook on this diet thing.
I been doing it for 3 weeks now and have lost 3 kilos but this weekend I went out and drank alot lol and ate alot of bad food and I jumped on the scales and I have put it all back on.
IN ONE WEEKEND, I CANT BELIEVE IT
Come on...... jump back on that diet and do the exercise, we are all human and make slip ups. Just learn from it. What will you do differently next time? We just need to reflect and make sure that we don't make the same mistakes.
These are the questions I ask myself after I have done a similar thing........
1. Am I depriving myself too much on my diet?
2. What will I do differently next time?
3. Why did I cease my diet? Is it related to emotions? What will I do differently next time?
4. Am I proud of myself? YES.... cause I will try again and armed with 'new' knowledge....I will beat the battle of the bulge!
I read somewhere and I do NOT know if it's true
but the weight gain could be to do with fluid...... SOMEONE will post soon and be able to explain why you put it all back on. I don't think it's possible but I really do NOT KNOW....sorry!
