I see alot of people talking about their diets and what their eating for the day.

What level of protein are most people consuming?

i guess mine is usually around 18-20%.

at the moment though my main focus is around getting my calorie intake vs output right and i'm making little amendments to my diet along the way as i learn more!

I have read and heard that you need about 1g of protein per kilo for normal functions
