mmmm...chinese food, it will bring me down everytime!

Um i couldnt tell you the exact cals but some of the better ones are chicken chop suey, generally any of the clear soups, but it really depends, anything can be good depending on your serving size and cal allowance for the meal. I CAN tell you to stay away from honey chicken, satay chicken, and deep fried anything! LOL I didnt really help much did i?!! :?

chicken chop suey is great, so is beef and black bean
also stick with steamed rice not fried :)
and no spring rolls or wontons!

stir fry means oil and lots of it
anything with the word fry in it must be avoided at all costs!!
noodles arent the best for u either
