Well I have been bad bad bad. I cant tell you how many times I ate take away last week.
I weighed myself and basically put the 3 kilos I lost back on so tommorrow I am starting fresh and looking forward to it.
I am going to look great before christmas

hey jes, takeaway food is filled with sodium so alot of that 3kgs will be fluid retention! drink loads of water and youll lose it again very quickly :)

I have been on and off diets all my life and i have now found that eating a sensible diet and having regular exercise is the best way to lose weight.

Oh Jez don't worry too much. I have been REALLY bad for the past couple of weeks. You (well we) have plenty of time to get back on the wagon to look and feel good by christmas.

you and me both honey!!
i had a crap fortnight, i have sugar cravings and kept trying to satisfy them with not so bad foods but way too much of them. last night i went 'stuff it' and ate chocolate and jelly beans but now i consider the craving satisfied and I'm back on the wagon for real.
see ya back here in a week when we have great losses to report!
