Well I have had a massive blowout this weekend and put on weight. I was thinking of detoxing for a couple of days just eating fruit and vegies and plenty of water. Has anyone done this and is it safe and worthwhile?

I did a full on 2 week detox a few years back (one of the kits you can buy at the chemist), didnt weigh myself but I definetly lost weight and felt great.

It takes a LOT of willpower though! I have tried to do it again and failed.
