the tf forum is really good, theres heaps to do there and they discuss all sorts of things. i used it a lot whilst i was doing my low carb thing last year. the chat room is cool too

Yer i got some great recipes from the tf website as well. My fave is the faketti recipe. Just spagbol but replace the pasta with cabbage. So yumm!
