The Key To Weight Loss

Postby bobby » Mon Sep 24, 2007 7:57 pm

The key to weight loss is to cut out processed foods and exercise.

By doing this you will lose weight.

I know what your all saying, easier said than done.

Thats when motivation comes in, Personal Trainers are at HUGE DEMANDS. But most people can't afford them thats when you have too look for a personal trainer who specialises in group personal training in your local area.

It's great for motivation and a social aspect as well as a support group and its a cheap way of doing exercise.

I lost 20kg doing it this way and now iam a personal trainer, and feel great.

If you guys have any questions please email me and i'll be happy to answer them in detail

Tip: Before you have that chocolate or that Tim Tam, think how much you want that body and put it away.

When you get a craving drink a glass of water, it's normally thirst more than hunger :)

i dont think we are all saying 'easier said than done', this forum is full of people who have achieved great results and continue to.
I know you mean well, but its a bit obnoxious, your first post coming in and telling us how to lose weight.
I see you are trying to drum up some business and I'm not sure thats allowed, but treating us as clueless right off the bat isnt doing you any favours..

some people like to think they know everything :)
there is no one solution that will work for everyone, but im sure everyone here knows what works for them so we dont need to listen to people who think they know all the answers

I'm just a straight forward person. didn't mean to upset anybody.

I agree with you jewles, only u know what program works for you, but one solution does work and thats diet and exercise. you do them right of cause you are going to lose weight.

I'm not advertising at all. half of you are probably far away from me. this is pure free help.

I am confident that i am the best at what i do for a living and sometimes people have questions, which normally in the real world you need to pay for advice.

an email, thats all im giving, no business names or numbers.

hey bobby i think its great that you are offering people advice and sharing your experiences with people. theres nothing wrong with that. welcome to the group by the way. i totally agree about the drinking a glass of water when you get a craving. not only does it fill you up and help curb the craving but also gets that extra glass of water in a day :) thats got to be a good thing hey!

yeah me too! i also have a toddler so i am forever making her snacks throughout the day so if i have my bottle of water in the kitchen with me it helps me taking a couple of sips of that instead of making myself a portion of what she is having.

sorry bobby, i just find it objectionable when people join the forum and their first post is stating the obvious as if everyone on here was completely clueless until they came along.

i agree with misse, theres hundreds of factors that effect weightloss, its not as black and white as u make it out to be! i still eat processed foods and ive lost a load of weight

the real secret to weightloss is finding something that works for u and something that u can live with! life isnt worth living if i cant eat chocolate hehe

yeah sorry but I agree with the two above me, when your very first post is 'dictating' how we should lose weight, without even a single post elsewhere to any of us about anything else first, it comes off pretty iffy....perhaps if you had of introduced yourself and told us your story first? THEN told us what you think we should be doing? Know what I mean? ;) x

I find it is a combination of diet and exercise as well as your attitude that is important!! If your frame of mind isn't right then you won't get anywhere as I have found out!! I still struggle a lot, but I will get there!!
