im not counting points! im counting calories-am tracking calories with the help of fantastic but this week i have just stuck to the 1200 calories-will increase next week to account for exercise but just wanted to see how id go reducing calories. i am sure that i have been putting on muscle, replacing the flab-i was nerly dormant when i started this new lifestyle!
am loving the new me, the healthy eating and exercise-pitty it took so long!

i think you would have to be doing some serious weights to gain 5 kilos of muscle in 3 weeks, watch your portion sizes, your sodium intake and check your scales!
