I'm a bit of a sceptic when it comes to the BMI. I guess it's a good guide, but I bet every olympic weight lifter, wrestler, boxer etc would be in the obese range, but you couldn't call them fat (if you did they'd beat you to a pulp
Maybe I just don't like being classified.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
