Has anyone done it?

I did it years ago and am thinking about doing it again, but just at home cause I have the books etc

I wanted to ask, how did you do it with out becoming bored of counting the numbers etc

Thats the only thing that turns me off it

I did it succuessfully 4 years ago (from 83 down to 63kg), and went back this year for a second go! I find that I need to count the points to make it work. However I am giving it a break for a few weeks and counting on calorie king instead.

I leave a book on the table to keep track of my points, and try to plan my meals the day before - makes tracking easier.

I have been doing WW for years and years off and on and I love the program.

If you dont want to track, why not try their core plan?

I think WW is one the best plans out there because its not about going on a diet, its about changing your life for the better and educating yourself about food.

Im on WW at home. I love it as its got structure, but it flexible.

I found after a while tracking my points just became second nature! But its like anything you need to keep a track of what your up to, count points, calories, kilojoules, its all pretty much the same really.

I'll admit i do sometimes get a bit tired of counting points, but its gotta be done, its for a good cause! LOL But really im pretty sad and i enjoy writing things in my diary and everytime i eat i get to write in my journal! 8)

I tired WW a few years ago and to tell you the truth I hated it. The woman that ran the meeting was super skinny and lookied like she never had a weight problem in her life. I found it to be very exspensive.

I much prefere to have my cal counter book and write everything down that way. I have my own scales and you lovely ladies to talk to about my journey thats all i need ! :D

the leaders at WW have to be former members so she would have lost weight doing the plan.

My leader is really skinny too, she is one of my inspirations because I have seen the pictures of her before.

It only costs me $14.95 a week, so I think its really cheap!

oh definately, I just have to stick up for WW because I think they are brilliant, and the leaders have all worked hard to get to their goal weights so I look up to them!!

Good luck with it! Its all about finding what right for you. Just cos ww works for and suits some people, doesnt mean its right for everyone!

i did WW for a while about 4.5 years ago & it did work for me - but that was when i was living in the uk & i used their online version, then i moved back to aus and we didn't have the same system so i stopped.

i'm seriously considering it for when i come back from holidays. no meetings, just the at home version.

Ww does it online here, its got it on their web site.

Update on me, I did put this in another post but for people who didnt see it.

I dont think I can do tony f  I have a medical condition where I am not allowed to eat to much fiber and thats bascially what tony is.

So I think its going to be ww again for me. Or just healthy eating but that doesnt really work out for me either because I love my carbs to much
