Is any one intetested in giving opinions for the next day plan which i will write the night before. The more the better as I have no real idea about food.
I would really apprecaite it.

Tommorrow I plan

breakfast - a english mufffin with margarine and a orange juice
morning tea- a la snack and a piece of fruit
lunch- saladas with tune and corn
afternoon tea- fruit
dinner- fish and vegies

water - 1.5-2 liters if water

excerise- 20 min excerise bike

28/1/08 ~ 85kg

it looks good :) u should try some protein for breakfast! it will keep u full longer :)

i like english muffins with ham and low fat cheese toasted
im not sure on the cals in saladas but kavli crisp breads are yummy and low cal too :)

brekkie- sultana bran, weet bix, porridge, fruit salad and yoghurt
lunch- toasted sandwich, normal sandwich, wrap or a roll with meat and salad
dinner- meat stirfry veg

do u have dairy as i couldnt see any in use plan?
its good that ur having 5 meals as u'll wont have so much time between meals- goodluck

yeah I would love a filling breaky but by the time i get up in the morning i dont have time. i eat with the kids at work

maybe you can substitute the juice for a peice of fruit, more filling and good fibre source
