My old workmates and I used to take those with Red Bull to get through flat out busy nights when we would be working til 4am...
I tried them for weightloss, they did curb my appetite and keep me peppy. I didnt get any nasty effects, but you know you should only go to the MAX after at least 6 weeks on the normal, right?

yea i read on the packet about only having them after i had taken the normal ones but the man at the chemist said that its ok to go straight onto these... i duno... im not taking it to be a magic pill i know that i dnt just take the tabs and the weight is guna fall off me, it contains appetite suppressors energy boosters and to help increase metabolism. this is my second day on it now may or may not be the pills but this morning i got up at 7am bright as a button and started working out, im just full of energy and its a great feeling. I used to be on duromine a while back which was to strong for me to handle thats why i got shown a product that have all natural ingredients. im not relying on the pill to do all the work for me im on a 1200 calorie diet plus am doing exercise.
