Finally I stuck to my calories and exercised every day the last week. I have lost 4.1 kgs. Is this okay?
I have read that a person should only lose between 1 -2 kgs a week.
I have been eating 1,500 calories a day, drinking water and having a daily treat (no more than 150 calories).
My diet is largely consists of carbohydrates (love them). I eat 2 pieces of fruit, small serving of meat, 5 servings of veggies and 2 servings of diary and 5 servings of carbohydrates.
Going to the gym every night for an hour and a half.
Drinking 2 litres of water a day.
I just cannot seem to get this right... 4.1 kgs! Weighed on same scales...... they are accurate. My waist went down from 81cm to 74 cm.
Is this unhealthy?
