Yep im still doing TF, am on my 4th week and loving it. Is easy and I am getting great losses. Am also feeling really good as well, which helps!
As 4 the whole salad thing, I dont eat much of it at all. Around twice a week or so. Im more a veggie person!
An example of what I eat in a day...I work 5.30am-2.30pm and find that I am not hungry at all throughout the day.
Breakky-Shake...there strawberrie & Cream shake is sooo yum, I chuck it in a blender with ice and strawberries and it is so nice!
Break-Cup of Tea
2 pieces of fruit, usually for me its either apple, banana,orange,dried apricots or strawberries (your allowed 10 s/berries as 1 serve!!
Bowl of diet jelly
Lunch- TF Shake &
bowl of stir fry veggies or vegg soup OR
I have my main meal, so portion of protein and veggies and salad or whatever...
Dinner- Either TF shake or my main meal.
Plus if I feel like more food I just eat more stirfrys/jelly etc
The days I do more hardcore exercise I eat extra protein!
So I eat a fair bit
The shakes are yummo, its easy,you get good results...and for me personally I find it to be convinient for my lifestyle...plus its helping me get the last bit of weight off!
So dont be scared, your best bet is to try it for a week, see how you go! Any other q's just ask
