Guys I need to vent. I am feeling so down at the moment

I feel like I have been trying forever and nothing is working. To be honest I want nothing more then to lose weight, but I keep putting it on.
The thing is I have no self control I really dont. All I do is eat censored and then feel bad after I do it.

I was going so well loosing 3 kilos when I came to this forum but now all I do is eat alot again. I am out of control it feels like.

Now with maye not doing tony f I feel so depressed and I dont know what to do now

hey jez chin up mate. i think that u should wait and see what your specialist says and whether or not you can do tf before getting upset about it. maybe he can suggest a protein shake or bar you can substitute a meal for to make it a bit easier with weightloss.

you know that you CAN get through this, its hard but you can learn some self control by saying NO to everything that is offered to you if you know that its going to hinder your weightloss. once you get in the habit of turning down certain foods it will get easier.

remember you can vent here anytime, we all have our rough days weeks and months. we probably understand what you are going through better than anyone else at the moment.

I suppose when it comes down to it weight loss is a process and you just gotta find something that works for you.

So I have tried eating well, didnt work
weight watchers, worked but basically to lazy to do points
tony, cant do for health reasons.

So in the end looks like the best thing for me is work out my ww points and try to stick to it and if i dont make sure if I go over then eat healthy foods

Put it this way, even if you are not losing weight, ANY effort you put into eating well and exercising will be doing good things for your health. So just keep doing it. It is hard when your expectations are not being met but there IS a point to it - your health.

i think everyone one of us can say that we have messed up at some point during our diet, but the best thing you can do is try and if u mess up dosnt mean you have failed you can just jump straight back on. Give your self some credit. I find if i keep myself busy that i dnt have too much cravings to eat the bad stuff. If you are confronted with cravings just think to yourself what do u want more eg: that peice of chocolate or weightloss, thats how i look at things now. but you have to allow yourself these things occassionally dnt restrict yourself completely because then you are more likely to bindge. Take not when your doing well not just when you mess up.
