That doesn't sound unreasonable! A 'safe' weight loss is 1/2 - 1kg a week, so you can loose 7kg in 11 wks without risking your health. That said it will take effort!
Start 99kg
Current 86.6kg
1st Goal 85
2nd " 75
3rd " 65
END 58 - 60kg!

On my journey i have realised this is a life style thing.... and i have changed all that and been counting the calories everyday!!

I think its mental holding m back... not being able to imagine myself the way i want to be..

I totally agree Rustie ..... I used to just count calories too till it drove me near mental! :)
I have now realised, its all about making a lifestyle change ... about training your body to make the right choices which are healthier for u. Though its easier to lose weight just dieting, its so much more healthier and permanent when combined with daily exercise ...
An image of a healthier, fitter and sexier you is what you should have in your sight, not just a lighter you .. this frame of mind will automatically see the weight falling off!
Your target of 600 gms is very reasonable and can be achieved in a healthy way, not just by crash dieting.
All the best!
