which one ?

Postby JL77 » Sat Sep 29, 2007 4:04 pm

I just looked up the ww web site. Looks intersting. I might do it online though, rather then go to meetings. Last time I did it, I found it to be boring but interesting at least.

Gotta choice between the core plan and points plan now, any opinions?

If it were me I'd probably go with the Core plan.. I've done the points plan and while it is great, don't get me wrong, I think the Core plan teaches you more about making sure you only eat when you're actually hungry, and not because it's time to eat or because you have points left or because you're bored etc etc.. If you don't have an issue with that though, the points plan is great!

Let us know what you decide and how you go :)

Thanks for your help.

I did do points before I got married and because I had that motivation I lost some weight. I have all the books at home but I dont enjoy siiting here on a daily basis working it all out and worrying if I go over my points range.

I dont know anything about the core plan but thought it might work out better for me.

Do you have to count points on core?

I have never done WW...... I have heard that the core plan suited more people than the points system.

GOOD LUCK!

I look forward to reading your success story in the near future :D

Thanks I have sat here for months and complained about my eating and how fat I am lol. I have tried alot of things and now I am pretty upset I wont be able to do tony f I think I can have the same success with the core plan. I am more comfy doing it like this as well because I will be able to maintain my weight where tin I doubt I would once I stop.

I know you can do this!

I complained for a whole year (okay a couple of years) about my weight before I did something about it LOL. I am the queen of excuses!

I tried many things before I found what was right for me too, it's hard huh? I found calories worked for me but everyone is different. I know you will find what will work for you.

Remeber to post when you lose weight so we can all cheer you along!

I know you will be very successful at this! :D
