I am joingin today but I am so confused on how it works, can someone please explain it to me

I've never done Core so I can't help sorry!!

The website should have some info on it though.

ok there is like 50 pages of info in my week 1 book!!

I was going to scan the info for you, but I dont have that much time!

Don't they send you out a pack when you sign up??

I don't know how it works because I go to meetings.

no its all done online. you dont get any info sent to your home. Its 100% internet based. So its a bit hard to see what I am getting myself into.
But I suppose the good thing is I can swap to points if I dont like it

The simple explanation is Core foods are lean meats, fruits & veggies, fat free dairies, whole grains, non-creamy soups. Its a very big list of what you can eat.

You don't need to measure & weigh & count points for foods on the list. You get 35 weekly flex points to use on foods that aren't core.

Core says eat as much as you NEED until you are satisfied. That doesn't mean eat as much as you want. It teaches you to recognize when you are hungry, and when you are satisfied (not full/stuffed).

I'd suggest that even if you don't want to count points, to still measure correct portions. If you are still hungry, then go back and have a little more.


(thats what I was looking for, now I am pumped to join this arvo when hubby gets home with the credit card)

oh ok, I thought you got a pack sent out to you. Maybe they changed it, I'm not sure, I have always gone to meetings. I use the etools and stuff but I do the points plan so have never really looked into the Core.

You could jump on the ww forum and ask there. There is a whole section on core plan.
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs
