17th. :)

It's the day uni exams finish, and my college is kicking me out at 10am on the 18th, so I'm not quite sure how it's gonna work yet... ;)

For sure mate, but you are doing something about it NOW which is awesome :D

I wish my sister had followed through with doing something about it (she's 150+kg) when she was younger. She was on Weight Watchers for a little while but didn't stick to it.. She's nearing 30 now and I get so worried she'll end up with Diabetes Type II, she already has so many other problems :S: S

My goodness, I'm 48.
There are not many of us over 40, :o but there is plenty of us out there that need to lose weight. Just think what fun they are missing out from not being on this site.

i agree maree, they dont know what they are missing!!!
its probably even more important at our age to look after ourselves i know/knew a lot of people my age who should have led a healthier lifestyle earlier and now its too late-and to all of you young ones-lol (i sound like a preacher) keep at it-its worth developing good habits when you are young- you only get one chance at life!!!!

That's right Sandrah, and when you're in your 20's its easy to lose weight. When you get older it just doesn't happen. Just have to keep trying.
