DAY TWO ....
Well last night was ok. I munched my way through an enormous amout of brown rice, salad and natural yoghurt and had salmon for dinner.
No wine, coffee, tea or GASP
DIET COKE was not as hard as I thought it would be ... although I'll check in with you all later to let you know whether I end up stabbing someone ......
I popped all the supplements (multi V, fish oil, probiotic and triphala) this morning. Along with brown rice and yoghurt for breakie I was feeling pretty smug.
I am down 1kg on the scales this morning to yesterday but I prefer to weigh weekly rather than get my hopes up.
Not sure if I'll shed weight eating SO much carb rich rice / potatoes etc???
Also went for a walk this morning as I had energy, which surprised me as I felt like death the last time I detoxed 3 years ago.
