11 WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS

Postby lng86 » Wed Oct 10, 2007 9:36 am

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that there are only 11 weeks until Christmas. If you are stressing about your weight... Remember that you have the potential to lose up to 11kg (in a healthy manner) by then. That is almost two dress sizes!

People will eat mud in order to lose weight... So if you are determined and motivated enough to take control of your own life - you will achieve anything you set your mind to!

Have a vision of yourself (perhaps an old photograph of you at your goal weight... or an outfit that you want to wear) to keep you motivated throughout your entire weight loss journey.

Feel free to share your vision on here! It not only provides inspiration individually... But much motivation for the entire group!

REMEMBER - ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR OWN LIFE!

(This might sound extremely Jenny Craig... And it is... Because I am officially a consultant!!! However, this advice is the main reason I now weigh 25kg lighter! Have belief in yourself - anything is possible!!!).
To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to inspire you - Myself (Lauren)

My vision:

My vision is to wear a Wayne Cooper or Alex Perry dress to my cousin's wedding on the 19th of April, 2008. I want to look stunning... And blow everyone away! It will be a beautiful dress in a maximum size 14 (most probably smaller - but I am unsure of the size I will be then just yet). I want to feel gorgeous... As ALL of my family will be there. I want my head to feel like it will explode from all of the compliments. I want to be in all of the photos... Rather than standing in the corner. I want my presence to be noticed. I want to feel the best I have ever felt in my entire life... And I want to feel proud of myself for being the best that I can be.

It will be the proudest moment of my life... And I will never go backwards - only forwards from here!

LOL - maybe I ate it too - that would exlain a lot!!

We're definitely getting a rhodesian ridgeback. Both mumma dogs are due this month so the breeders are going to be in for a big few months!! They will be ready to go home in December. And I wil be sure to post a piccie with puppy all wrapped up in ribbon!!

Oh and back to the purpose of this thread:
My vision:

I don't so much have a date since my body seems to be dictating this but I want to be able to wear a bikini confidently (I can now, but would like a few less bulges to worry about) and just reach my goal.

I have already achieved so much of what I wanted to achieve: I'm fit and can easily do cradle mt. I'm into size 12 clothes - never thought possible. I'm slim and the nurses at the hospital had no issues saying I was a normal BMI without even measureing my height so no issues with anaesthetic. I feel comfortable and loving the ability to DO things. Now I just need to fiish it off!!

Try the dogster site. This is the link to Jani's page, the mummy we're most likely to get a pup from. The other mummy dog is Kira
