1 fun size Mars lite
1 fun size Frys Turkish Delight
1 Nestle Diet Choc mousse
1 WW choc cake bar

This way I dont binge!!

:) I reckon Hot Chocolate is great, esp if it's made with water not milk (but skim milk is good too!)

I Loooooooooove chocolate but have come to the conclusion that we will have a love/hate relationship.

Every Saturday, I am allowing myself a small piece so I don't go nuts - hubby is going to go and buy it and dish it out otherwise it would be like a great white shark at a feeding frenzy....... not a pretty site

I have this theory that we cannot live on carrot sticks alone for life and much learn to eat all the good stuff in moderation occassionaly so we don't get dull and boring and turn a funny orange colour.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

I wish i could do what you guys do, but i know from past experience that once i start i can't stop, so it's better not to have any. Having said that though, when....no, IF i cave it would probably be in a big way with oodles and oodles of chocolate and then oodles and oodles more...hehe  But i have every intention of not doing that coz i don't to ruin all the hard work i've put in so far, otherwise what's the point in doing this in the first place. (I'm still very focused, so at least that's one thing.) My biggest wish is that i might be able to buy a Summer dress this year. I NEVER wear dresses, but every time i go shopping there are beautiful dresses everywhere and i want to own 1 or 2 or 3......thats the plan anyway.
Thanks for your replies. :D

Yay, dresses are awesome!

My favourite type is the wrap dress (I have 3!) - they are an absolute blessing! They flatter ANY woman's figure, because they give you an hourglass shape... and best of all, they are so easily adaptable so as you lose weight you can just tighten the belted part of the dress! :D

Hey good idea about the wrap dress, will have to keep an eye out for those.

Can anyone help me with my ticker, i've got it set up but can't figure out how to display it. At the mo you have to click on the writing at the bottom of my post and then it comes up separately....hmmm :?
