CAN someone please help!

Postby help6363 » Thu Oct 11, 2007 12:49 am

Hello! :D

I cannot seem to get motivated! UGH! So I have an idea and need someone's help!

I will email a horrible pic of me in my bikini and if I do not lose weight within 30 days then can that person post the pic here. Additionally, I will give you all my friend's email addresses.....email it to them too!

I will show I have lost weight but taking a pic of me standing on the scales.....so you can see the number on the scales. I can post this in my journal.

I am hoping that not wanting to make a fool of myself will motivate me. Would anyone be willing to have the pic posted to them and then post it IF I don't try for 30 days and lose weight? Oh...I cannot binge eat for 30 days!

WHY 30 days? Well, I was told that a new habit only takes 21 days to form ..... I thought I would round it up to 30 days just to be safe.

I know this idea sounds stupid but I think it may help me!

Have a great day!!!!

Cheers

Michelle :D

I'm happy to help out if that is what you want to do!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Whatever helps to get your goal weight. I think i might put my fat photo up in the kitchen and a goal pic on my scales.

Yep, there's nothing like a fat pic to get you started on your weightloss journey!

I have a particularly unflattering one where I am squatting on the floor playing with my nieces magnetic letters .... I look like a fat FROG.

I look remarkably retarded given the setting and the fact that my face is pudgy so smiling largely makes me look "special".

I posted it on my desktop at work so everytime I changed programmes I'd see my mug smiling up. Stopped any trips to the take-away across the road that's for sure!!

Great Idea!

I was at a wedding on the weekend and some of the pics of me a terrible! I think I might print some of them out and put them in my food diary so I can pull them out when I need extra motivation :)
