there is nothing worse than hearing constant whinging about whatever, especially if a person isn't willing to help themselves (I know I've been guilty of this in the past) its just so draining on the psyche.

Bella did an oopsie   .

Sassi babe, I hope you don’t think I was directing this to you or anyone on this forum. I was just speaking generally as I’ve had people come up to me and whinge about one thing or another and they are not doing anything to change it, and it so draining to hear time after time.

That’s why I love this forum, so many positive people on here, who are doing positive things to change. Ane we can’t always be 100% positive, we wouldn’t be human otherwise :D
have i been whinging?

Nah hun :D

when I went back to reread what I wrote I thought - argh this could be misinterpreted so I just wanted to clarify that's all.

GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

Everyone's lives sound so exciting right now. Interesting how when you gather all the good stuff together you get quite a long list.

 I'm excited today because I made myself a new ticker and I plan to stick to it because I'll be too embarrassed to stay on day 0

 The sun is out today but it's not too hot (not a big fan of the heat)

 i woke up on the RIGHT side of the bed today!

I did a spring clean up earlier, and found a couple of pairs of jeans i havent fitted into for around 3-4yrs...

Tried them both on tonight and they fitted! So that makes me happy and excited!

Am probably the happiest I have ever been in my life right now, i've learnt sooo much about myself the past couple of yrs..and am finally at one with myself!

Is great! :D

Big Congrats Kate! That is exciting!

I have learnt sooo much on this forum and it has given me the information I needed to analyse my sitution and succeed. For the first time for years I am not struggling to control my thoughts and eating. I am confident I will be able to lose the weight I need to lose and keep it off. That is exciting!

Ah nothing like a sunny day to put you in a good mood. Today was a bit cold though (I actually have the heater on).

Today I'm happy because...

 It's been three whole days since I've eaten anything I shouldn't have. I know my ticker says 4 but I had a slip on the 1st day and I didn't keep the url to change it. I WILL make a new one when I can be bothered.

 I found calf muscles the other day!

 I feel healthy

 I'm not craving anything naughty (this is BIG!)

 I'm sleeping better than I ever have

 SUMMER IS COMING!

Great thread . . here's a few, hope they're not too deep.

* Summers coming and I dont want to glow in the dark . . really white due to the fact I've never had to confidence to take my shirt off . . I know its weird but hey it's a complex I've had my whole life, its over and done with now.

*Beer tastes so much better I have noticed when you're not resting the bottle against your stomach.

*Energy levels have never been this high, and enjoying the benefits of sport.

*Confidence to talk to women without them judging me. What a great feeling that is to be honest.

Anyway some great reads here seriously.
