Thanks guys :D

Yep still working hard to make sure I don't gain it back. Just finished my work out actually.

Sparky I like to get a bit of colour in summer. The weather is gorgeous today if you're lucky enough to get out into it. This year I've been wearing 30+ sunscreen every day and you can still get a bit of a tan with a high SPF but it just means you don't burn.

Yeah 30+ is definitely the way to go . . honestly if you saw how white I am at the moment you would need sunnies . .

Speaking of positive inspiration, I bought this months "Women's health and fitness" magazine. It comes with a mini book with 120 weight loss and health tips and it was only $4.95...bargain!

Oh really? That explains why there's so much in it. I find that magazines that have been around a while are full of crap beacuse they run out of ideas. Either way it's fun to read and doesn't make me want to eat a whole packet of minties while I read it like other mags do...hehehe...quite possibly not the magazine's fault.

That is a great magazine, I bought it too. It was actually the main inspiration for me to get back on the wagon again. I'd recommend it to anyone and I can't wait for future issues.

Oops, I just realised I wasn't talking about the same magazine. I bought the Australian Women's Health. It's the first issue, and looks pretty much like the Men's Health magazine, except with a woman on the front. 8) Anyway, it's a great mag. The Women's Health and Fitness is also good. Actually that's one of the magazines that I read from cover to cover when I buy it.
