how often does everyone go to the gym?

i myself go with 2-3 mates on the following dates and times frames;

mondays - 1:30 - 3:30 (sometimes 4 cos we like a chat in the spa afterwards, also to note that it is longer than others due to swim and spa)

Wednesdays - 7-8:15 (this is before school)

Friday - 7-8:15 (this is also before school)

great thing about these times and days that on mondays we have the gym to ourselves :D and on wed,fri the only few other people are our chem teacher and than afew others rock up at 8 as we're finishing up. Sometimes i sneak in anouther gym session on thursday arvo's liek i did this week but sorta did abit of strain on my old right leg shin, dunno why but it was hurtin abit but i'm resting it up this weekend :D btw have a good weekend every1

I go:

Sunday 4.30-6.30pm
Monday 4.30-6.30pm
Tuesday 9.15-11.15am
Wednesday 4.30-6.30pm
Thursday 9.15-11.15am
Friday is my rest day
Saturday I walk

I go 3-4x a week for 1 1/2 hours a session.

I don't go to my gym anymore. I spend 5 days a week at my boyfriends house, which is a 40 minute drive from my house and therefore about a 45 minute drive from my gym!

At the end of the year, when I move in with Joel, we're both joining a 24 hour gym, I know I won't have any excuses then! I like it, and I miss it :(

I'm at the gym pretty much every day. On weekdays it's 5:30am - 7:30am, and weekends it's whatever time I get round to it!

Not that often. I use it for a bit of cross training (e.g. group exercise class) and a weights circuit and for the tready when it's too cold or raining outside. Oh and I occasionally swim there. Not getting good value from my membership! Oh dear...
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

If I didn't have young kiddies, I would go definatly go everyday.. but at the moment, I plan 3x a wk at least to work out in the gym, and an aerobics class, either RPM, or BodyCombat.

It was 5 days a week, but proves difficult with 2 toddlers.

So We now go

Wed- 5.30-6.30 For Step Up class, then Resist it class from 6.30-7.45
Thurs- 6.30-8pm

I go 7 days a week at the momment for 3hrs per session. No set time during the day, i work from 5am-10am and have nothing to do during the day now uni holidays so when ever i feel like it - but i make sure i go every day

Once i join, im hoping to go 5 times a week, either before or after work. Its just near work, so i wont be going on weekends.

I have only just started getting value out of my membership. For 2 yrs or so I went once a weekish. But now I'm going 4 or 5 times per week. I wanna make that 6 or 7 times and go for longer as I start to get fitter.

I go every second day.

But I don't go there to do cardio, just weights, so usually around 45 minute sessions.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

I go religiously every week night straight after work...if I go home first, I'd never get back out!

I generally only do classes - circuits, step and acqua.

If I finish work too late to miss the only class on Friday, I try to make it up on Saturday....but I go Saturdays and/or Sundays if I'm feeling motivated!! Will push for both days this weekend as I don't think my gym is open for the public holiday monday.

It's becoming a bit of an addiction...I don't feel right if I don't go!

Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
