sounds cool. i did yoga for the first time on tuesday and really liked it. now that uni's back on next week, i'll be doing the monday night yoga classes (a bit more intense but i've got classes on tuesday)
has anyone tried fitball/ABT or ABT (abbs, butt, thighs)?? was gonna go today but i'm sick!
I used to do Body Balance and only stopped cause they changed the times and I was at work when they were on. Everyone who went was always keen and happy to be there and at the end of the class it was obvious that everyone, not just me, felt stretched and worked out and totally relaxed and peaceful. It can be quite strenuous too but you do it to your own level.
