no its not, i've been waddling like a penguin all day!!
it was very hard but i did quite enjoy it lol. i think i'll take it easy with cardio and NORMAL weights (ie not pump!!!! lol) and might take a body balance class or something like that lol, but it'll be a while before i do that one again i think
2 days later and i'm STILL in pain. i think i'm going to have to apologise at work today for walking/looking like a retard and also not being able to pick anything up can't bend that far yet lol.
gyms going great ! I had a H.O.T. guy who was training his mum ( I later found out he's a PT ) send his mum over and talk to me, whilst he sat in the background and was just staring into my eyes ... I got sooooo embarasshed !
