I was told that its easier to burn fat if you exercise before eating breakfast.. i dont know how true this is, but i used to do it.. and i found it really good, i dont know if i could do it anymore.
After hearing before breakfast workouts are best. I would to drag myself out of bed when it was still dark, put my runners and a jacket on and off i went.. how embarrassing.. i was running in my jim jam pants.. i think i got a few streets away before i actually woke up, and realised i looked like a fool, funny thing is i kept doing it.

lost for this week, 1.4 kilos... getting there.
