BODY BALANCE ADDICT????

I love balance soooooo much, the work out is incredible but the feeling afterwoods is even better. Ive been looking into doing pure yoga and tai chi today but it seems so expensive, one of the drawbacks down here. Lol the body balance classes offered at gym just dont seem to be enough.

Would love to hear if anyone else is balance crazy aswell.... :D

every tuesday! and i ride to and from 4kms just to get there!!! :lol: :lol:

lol thats dedication for you court. I go thursday and saturday, theres also a tuesday class but its to late at night for me so cant make it I would looooooove more classes :D

Hi All,

I was thinking about doing a body balance class but im not 100% what it involves. I am pretty unfit at the moment and not sure if it would be suitable for me?? Any ideas?

summer - try it you will love it, its a combo of yoga, pilates and tai chi, you can push it as hard as you want to or take it easy, we get a great variety in class from the super fit to the retiree all shapes and sizes do it and manage quite well because you control the intensity!!!!

I LOVE the balance classes, i started about 5 weeks ago and go thurs, sat and sun!
Im about to start the new CX30 classes too, 1 will be before balance on sat! Our balance instructor described it as BB on steroids :D
