summer - try it you will love it, its a combo of yoga, pilates and tai chi, you can push it as hard as you want to or take it easy, we get a great variety in class from the super fit to the retiree all shapes and sizes do it and manage quite well because you control the intensity!!!!
I LOVE the balance classes, i started about 5 weeks ago and go thurs, sat and sun!
Im about to start the new CX30 classes too, 1 will be before balance on sat! Our balance instructor described it as BB on steroids
