oki doke. here is my gym routine. any comments? questions? things i can improve or change??? ta.
Day 1- 90mins cardio (4 different cardio machines)
Day 2- 30mins weights training
Day 3- 30mins cardio(2 cardio machines)
Day 4- 90mins cardio(4 diiferent machines)
Day 5- 30 mins weights
Day 6 & 7- Rest.
This is my routine for now. when i feel ready i am goin to start doin group fitness classes, and do yoga/pilates as least once a week.
FITNESS IS THE KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!!!!
