oki doke. here is my gym routine. any comments? questions? things i can improve or change??? ta.

Day 1- 90mins cardio (4 different cardio machines)
Day 2- 30mins weights training
Day 3- 30mins cardio(2 cardio machines)
Day 4- 90mins cardio(4 diiferent machines)
Day 5- 30 mins weights
Day 6 & 7- Rest.

This is my routine for now. when i feel ready i am goin to start doin group fitness classes, and do yoga/pilates as least once a week.

FITNESS IS THE KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!!!!

Good on you Jess that is great.

Adding yoga and/or pilates will add another dimension of flexibility and strengthening and the classes will challenge you as well.

Just a suggestion but if you wanted to spread the cardio without increasing the time you could do 60 mins on day 1 and 4 and add those 30 mins to day 2 and 5 along with the weights. However, what you are doing is fantastic and there's no need to change a thing if it is working for you.

Hey Jess
Kept up the good work!!!
Try & introduce weights 3 times a week instead of 2 but also do cardio on the same day EG:
** 5 min warm up of cardio before weights to prepare & warm the blood
**30 min weight training mix up routine every day otherwise you body get use to the routine then
*** 30 min Cardio

Doing both on the day will help you loose weight & get you to your goals quicker!!!
