Sports Bras

Postby chunky monkey » Fri Jan 12, 2007 9:09 am

Hi all,

I was just wondering which sports bras do you use and recommend. As a person who uses a 22dd, there is not much out there in the way of these bras. I'm currently using an Enell ( the sort that is like a vest and clips up the front) and a triumph bra in a 20dd (firm fit around the ribcage though  ) and would love to hear what else is out there??

Cheers
Michelle

Hey Michelle.

I am only a C but I find the Berlei sports bras pretty good they do with underwire or without and have netting for fresh air and nice wide shoulder straps if you want.

I use it for RPM, cardio classes and running and gives plenty of support.

They also do some nice coloured ones so you dont feel like you are wearing a straight jacket.

I also use berlei and have found a couple of cheapies at targer that seem to do the job. However I am now a 14 and 12 DD or E depending on the cut.

I use berlei bras. They have been the best for me, especially since having a baby and breastfeeding for 8 months. The boobs didn't quite return to the original postioning.

I actually got fitted for a sports bra at bra's n things which is how I ended up with the berlei. Need to go back for a refresher...so to speak. I have no idea what size the girls are depending on the cut the sizes seem to range widely.

I got a couple of cotton ones in Big W in a 22DD - they are not a bad fit but they don't hold the elastic for long - I am going to get fitted properly soon :D
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

I use Berlei, it gives me the most support especally when I have a bigger bust. I have now started running on a treadmill with berlei another brand name bra was not giving the right support to do that!!! :D
