Woohoo, good on you Nikki. Take it easy and build up slowly if you haven't exercised in a while. Hopefully when you get there they will show you around and how to use the machines etc. Let us know how you go.

Don't be scared, you are doing something that is so worthwhile and your body will love it. :D

well I joined up yesterday and had my appraisel this morning.

The girl was soooo nice!! We sat and chatted afterwards for ages!!

The gym I joined has the normal gym areas then has a seperate ladies only gym, which I paid extra to use. I can use the rest of the gym buts its nice to know I have somewhere to go and theres always a trainer in there to help.

They also gave me 2 free PT sessions too!!

I have promised I will go at least 4 days a week. I am aiming for even more!

Off to get my hair done then to get some cheap gym clothes!

I never used to get my hair done for soooooo long.

I'm just getting the roots done and the ends trimmed. I want to keep up with it especially with job interviews etc!!
