We are a workout group in North Sydney that formed in February and are looking for a 4th person to join us in our workouts with our personal trainer.
We exercise M, W, F 6am-7am in the park near North Sydney cricket ground/bowling club.
The cost is spilt 4 ways so it's much cheaper than having a trainer once a week on your own.
I'm a 28 y.o female whose goal is to reduce my weight by a further 20kgs. We are looking for others with similar goals to form an on-going workout group.
