Well i went for the first time today...God almost killed myself with all the stuff i did...
But i know it was worth it...
I have 1 question but...If i do weights should i do cardio after the weights or shouldn't i...
I do do a warm up on the treadmill for 5 mins then do the weights...
Then i did the cardio after the weights and thats what killed me...
Can anyone help me please...
