Results of the challenge were
weight loss- 1.9kgs, 60.6kgs ( weight)
lost 3cms on hips, 1.5 on belly button, 1cm on waist
gained 6cms on flexibility.
I was weighed at night so in the morning I was 60.2. So close, oh well!!
Been sabotaging myself since the challenge by eating crap

I probably gained about a solid 3kgs. Not sure as I am avoiding the scales!! Anyway Today is Day 1 I get back on track!!! And getting back to goal!!
