Do you use Calorie King or anything like that? Because that could be a good way to make sure you're eating enough.. Gradually increase the amount of calories you're having a day (only increase by maybe 100 every couple of days) until the weight loss stops. It's hard to find a balance, I ended up losing another 6.2kg after I got to my goal weight, but I'm happy I did and prefer being that bit smaller.
