Although I don't believe it.. I am feeling bigger and looking bigger. And I can't see how I could not have put on weight with the way I am eating.
So I am going to be strict the next couple of weeks and start weighing in at the gym.. who's scales would be the most accurate
Breakfast: Porridge with Water
Lunch: Salad or Sandwich or Wrap
Dinner: Asian Take Away
Yesterday I had a cajun chicken sandwich for lunch... and I had spaghetti bolognaise for dinner.
I also had 3 cookies
Today will be better though. Im having big breakfasts from now on, cause I snack less during the day if I do so.
Breakfast: 2 x Pancakes + tbsp Maple Syrup
Dinner: Tomato Soup + Slice of Bread
There will be absolutly NO snacking today.
I have to have a little bit of control and discipline!
Im at work all day today and then Tafe until 9pm, so its basically impossible to exercise. On my lunch break I will walk into town for an hour or so.
I will get to the gym tomorrow morning, then maybe even tomorrow night.
I really want my scales back so I actually know what i freaking weigh!
