Are you going over to the UK are you? I would love to go there in Winter though, they have the most gorgeous winter clothes!

I can't wait until winter clothes come out in the shops, gloves and coats are my favourite!!!

I lived in Scotland for 2 years...I've been home around 9 months....I loved it!! LOTS of snow, lovely coats....sigh....

Awww I want snow!

Its so unfair that we don't get snow in Hobart, it gets bloody cold enough!

I feel like getting a mug of nice hot soup for lunch today!

Thursday 28 February 2008

Weight: 54.1kg

Breakfast: Oatmeal + a Coffee
Lunch: Toasted Chicken + Cheese Sandwich & a small caramel slice
Dinner: Rosella Tomato Soup + Slice of Toast

Really have to get back into the gym.
I'm just so busy lately.. and I have been seeing a lot of this guy, practically every day!
But my eating has been pretty good..
I am going to get up at around 7:30am tomorrow and go to the gym before I go to Seb's.
Will do a full body workout and 20 minutes on the Xtrainer.

Im going to keep my calories on the low side for a while, just so my body gets used to it and because I haven't been going to the gym.
If I go to the gym I will allow myself an extra snack or a larger lunch.

I am currently saving for a Melbourne trip in April.
I want to buy a winter coat, gloves, scarves and jumpers! Maybe a pair of boots too.

Awww thanks guys! You're all too sweet :oops:

I have ben at 54.1kg for a couple of days now... I would feel better if I was below 54kg though.

I have been eating A LOTTTT of junk. Im talking take away indian last night, lollies whilst watching a movie, no brekkie or lunch today and a HUGE dinner of pasta cabornara with dessert! Im shocking!

Back into it tomorrow though.
I am FINALLY going to get back to the gym tomorrow... its been so long!

Yesterday's Weight: 53.9kg
Although I don't believe it.. I am feeling bigger and looking bigger. And I can't see how I could not have put on weight with the way I am eating.
So I am going to be strict the next couple of weeks and start weighing in at the gym.. who's scales would be the most accurate

TODAY:
Breakfast: Porridge with Water
Lunch: Salad or Sandwich or Wrap
Dinner: Asian Take Away

Yesterday I had a cajun chicken sandwich for lunch... and I had spaghetti bolognaise for dinner.

I also had 3 cookies :(

NOT GOOD!

Today will be better though. Im having big breakfasts from now on, cause I snack less during the day if I do so.

Breakfast: 2 x Pancakes + tbsp Maple Syrup
Lunch: TBA
Dinner: Tomato Soup + Slice of Bread

There will be absolutly NO snacking today.
I have to have a little bit of control and discipline!
Im at work all day today and then Tafe until 9pm, so its basically impossible to exercise. On my lunch break I will walk into town for an hour or so.
I will get to the gym tomorrow morning, then maybe even tomorrow night.
Feeling bigger...
I really want my scales back so I actually know what i freaking weigh!

Yesterday was not a good day.

For lunch I had a banana and a cookie :(
Dinner was a caramel sundae and a cup of coleslaw!!!
ARH!!
To make matters worse I am sitting on 54.8kg :( I knew i had gotten bigger.

So...
My diet will not be maintenance for another month or so.. thats how long it usually takes for me to lose a kg :evil:

TODAY:

B: Oatmeal
L: Toasted Cheese & Ham Sandwich
D: Rosella Tomato Soup + 1 Slice Bread w/ 1 tsp light Marg

S: ?

I am going to get to the gym this afternoon too.

Ella - you're looking fabulous girl! Remember that our eyes can be deceiving. It's funny how we believe the scale when it says we're heavier, but not when it says we are lighter! Try not to limit your calories too much - and look in the mirror and be proud of how gorgeous you are!

Thanks Mandie. Sometimes I also think that the scales could be right its just my negative thoughts? Gotta be more positive!

I ended up having a cajun chicken sandwich for lunch... and a chocolate hot cross bun :(
Lol.. it was soooo yummy though. And im having a light dinner so somehow that justifies it lol!

it's funny, i just noticed i do that too with the scale - if it says ive lost, i check it a few times and re-check during the week because i figure it must be wrong... if it says ive gained i believe it right away! gotta change the whole mindset i reckon...
