Ive been away for a while and mostly it was because I felt the board had gotten busy and I felt a bit lost, and also because I had my own issues to sort through.
Anyway, now I'm back and I've come to the conclusion that although I haven't reached my 70kg goal, I think that perhaps that where I am is probably where I should be for now at least and that I should change my orientation to one of maintaining the losses to date.
So after getting to 75kg, I have slipped back a little to around 80kg and I want to work on getting that back under control and monitoring my position for the long term. If I lose a little extra in the process that's fine, but my real aim is to try and stabilise my weight at around 75kg, give or take a couple.
