Recently i've lost 22 kilos and feel GREAT! now its time for the maintence phase. I've slowly, over the past 3 weeks increased my portions and introduced all my carbs and everything and been feeling really good. The past week though my weight has been slowly creeping up by about 200 grams per day.
Can anyone give me any hints or tips or any guidence on how i should maintain my weight now?
I've joined a gym and plan to be going at least 4 times a week.
I am just petrified of putting on weight again and undoing all my hard work, and i've also got an unhealthy obsession with my scales I've become a slave to my scales weighing in at least 3/4 times a day. (and during the night if i get up to use the toilet)
PLEASE HELP ME!
