So yesterday I finally hit my goal 65.5 (65.3 actually)
Felt so good to hit goal! DP took me out to dinner to celebrate...
I am done done done done done...
Feels so good for weight lose not to be at the top of my priority list anymore.
I hope to maintain this weight but I wouldn't be suprised if I gain in the next 6 months because while I am at a healthy weight I want to tone up and gain some muscle..the muscle is going to weigh more but it is going to burn calories and help me keep this weight off for good!
22.5 Kg lost in 9 and 1/2 months.
