Hey Kim!

Great to hear from you girl! Wow, 11 months!!! Hasn't that gone quickly! Well done mate, you are so great and so sensible about your weight loss and maintenance :)

Sounds like you are going great guns with the running too :) A good variation of your exercise :)

It also sounds like you're super busy!!! (Hahah I hit an extra key and wrote 'super busty' just then   ) Hope things aren't too crazy for you and you get some time to yourself and the hubby :)

Take care
Em xoxo

Hey Kim - you should be sooo proud of yourself - 11 months maintenance is a great effort :D It'll be a whole year before you know it.

Good on you for getting on top of the habits before they come controlling bad habits.

And hope to hear about your running progress... injury free and without any calf niggles.

I'm not around so much any more either but know that you're supporting us in spirit. Take care lovely lady :D
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Thanks ladies and as you can see I am super slack as well as super busty. Em that made me laugh.

Still going strong here, just not a lot of time for other things.

I hope you are all well and happy and working steadily on keeping at your goals or working towards them.

Thanks
Hugs
Kim

Hello everybody.

I have not been around much and been busy which doesn't look like it's going to change. Well, I may as well be honest. :D

Two blogs and creative writing as hobbies take up most of my time these days, so there is not a lot of me to spare.

Have tipped the scales over 60 but not sure how far, so doing a weigh in this weekend. I am still, surprisingly in my 10's but some are tight. I prefer to be a convincing ten than a burst sausage. A little too much fatty food and less exercise is the contributor and though I know I will never go back to the 86kgs I carried before, I do prefer to be under 60 kgs. Even if I do get, 'you better not be losing any more weight' every couple of weeks. I think once I hit my year of keeping under 60's I let my hair down a little and that's what happens.

Anyway, so I will join the monthly challenges until I get back to under 60kgs. I still consider myself on maintenance as this is just one of those bumps and learning curves in the long road before me. The difference this time from how I used to be a couple of years ago is this time I knew the consequences of my actions.

So that's me, not sure if anyone comes in and reads my guff anymore considering I am barely here, but there you have it.

Hiya Katey, I saw ya comment sweety. Holy moly, woman, 14000 posts! Well done.

Hugs
Kim

I agree, I'm sure it won't be long at all before you are back under 60kg. I think it's so great that you don't let it upset you... just a "little bump on the road". When it happened to me it was "devastating"... I found it hard to get out of bed some mornings I was so upset. It really makes a difference the way you talk to yourself, and your attitude to things :D

Great attitude, as always Kim :)
I've missed you but I love those pics you put up each week in the weigh-in forum. Always crack me up.

I'm sure the little extra you've gained will come off in no time. You know what to do ;)

All the best and hope to see you round a bit more
